In-app deletion
If the app supports account creation, it must allow deletion to be initiated from the account/profile settings and show the consequences before confirmation.
Web request
Use the contact form with Privacy / data deletion or email privacy@menivox.com. This is the public deletion resource that may be provided to Google Play.
Identity check
Menivox may use a proportionate identity/account verification step to prevent unauthorised deletion.
What is deleted
Profile, preferences, sessions and associated personal data that no longer need to be retained are deleted or anonymised. Shared professional venue content may require transfer or separate handling.
Legal retention
Accounting evidence and other data required by law, fraud prevention or legal claims may be retained only for the justified period and no longer used for ordinary account operation.
Technical timelines
Active data is normally deleted or anonymised within 30 days after validation; rotating backups are purged within 90 days unless a legal/security exception applies.
Apple & Google
Apple requires in-app account deletion initiation for apps supporting account creation. Google Play also requires an in-app path and a public web resource for deletion requests.
